Jacqueline Bowden Gold concentrates her practice in probate, trust and estate law, guardianship, estate planning, and asset protection. She has over twelve years of legal experience advising individuals and families on complex legal and fiduciary matters. Her trust and estate administration practice helps analyze estate plans from a different perspective and best practices to stay out of court.
Background
A Cuban American and Miami native, Ms. Gold earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, she served as President of the Student Bar Association, where she represented the student body and liaised with faculty and administration on matters of academic and institutional governance. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, the Hispanic American Law Student Association, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Ms. Gold completed a judicial fellowship with the Honorable George A. Sarduy of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Family Division. This experience provided her with substantive exposure to judicial reasoning, evidentiary standards, and the adjudication of family and probate-related matters.
